A new headquarters for leisure firm The Bannatyne Group was completed in Darlington, in the North of England. Jackson Design Associates acted as Employers Agent to deliver the head office construction project.
The group, headed up by Duncan Bannatyne, completed a £2.8m investment in the new headquarters building.
The building is located adjacent to its previous base in Haughton Road, Darlington and accommodates 80 staff.
The building is 4 storey comprising reception, call centre, payroll, accounts and management suites together with ancillary areas, external works and 63 parking spaces.
